This place was honestly incredible, both in their communication and the actual work they put in. They honestly treat you with the utmost care and respect, I would highly recommend this place for anything from minor dings to actual accidents. In terms of price and time they do the best to get the car back to you as soon as possible and with the best service in there ability, but note the price can range from reasonable to pricey due to the cars model, age, and part availability!

My truck had been vandalized, amd the worse part is that it was all on the plastic trims. I thought i would have to replace them all. Tiffany at Pronto told me they would take care of it, and they repainted all my trim. I have to say it looks better than from factory! The job was quick, clean, and great attentive professional service. Thank you Pronto Body Shop, i am bringing my moms truck now for a new paint job!

I cannot say enough good things about Pronto Body Shop! They truly lived up to their name. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle until the day I picked it up, the entire team kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent, and I never had to wonder about the status of my repairs. A special thank you to Tiffany Menefee, the owner, who took the time to personally speak with me and ensure that all of my questions were answered. That level of customer care and personal attention is rare and greatly appreciated. Best of all, the repairs were completed in less than two weeks, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a body shop that delivers outstanding service, quality repairs, and exceptional customer care, I highly recommend Pronto Body Shop! Thank you, Tiffany and the entire team, for making the process so smooth and stress-free. 🚗✨

Great Service took my truck for Headlight work and they look Brand New I was about to buy new ones and I decided to give this place a Shot since it says online they are #1 in El Paso and I’m glad I did. I think the guys name that did the work is Gabriel and the girl in the front desk that helped me is Christina… communication great and very Friendly! Definitely Recommend 💯 -Jennifer Reyes-
